Torquay United manager Martin Ling says he is unsure who will replace Damon Lathrope in his midfield for their FA Cup tie at Sheffield United.

Lathrope will serve a one-match ban after picking up his fifth booking of the season in the draw at Port Vale  .

The 22-year-old holding midfielder has been a key part of the Gulls recent run of five wins in six matches.

It'll be interesting next week, who's going to go in there and do the job," Ling told BBC Radio Devon .

"Damon's in there to do a job. He does it really well, picks up the pieces and makes us a solid unit."

Lathrope has played 16 times for Torquay this season and started their last six games.
