Blackburn legend Colin Hendry says there is a "big difference" between coaching and management, and Rovers boss Steve Kean lacks support in his new role.
Rovers, who were bought out by the Indian-owned Venky's Group in November, are currently languishing in the Premier League's relegation zone.
Hendry believes the new owners have not "adapted" and must address the club's issues.
