Julian Kelly's late goal gave Notts County victory against 10-man Scunthorpe United.

Krystian Pearce's header gave the home side the lead before Andy Barcham levelled from just inside the box.

And the Iron took the lead when Bobby Grant turned in a Mark Duffy cross before the visitors saw Oliver Horwood sent off for a foul on Jeff Hughes.

Hughes then equalised with a wonderful volley before Kelly slotted home late on to give County the win.

County are now undefeated in eight straight home league games.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Notts County manager Martin Allen told BBC Radio Nottingham:

"I knew we would come back. I knew we would create chances.

"I am delighted that Julian Kelly has got that goal and it's great that Jeff Hughes got a goal.

"It was a brilliant atmosphere and a brilliant effort by all the supporters, and I reckon it was a brilliant effort by the players, as we didn't really play as well as we can."
