Jon Parkin has returned to Cardiff City after his four-week loan spell at Doncaster Rovers came to an end.
The 29-year-old striker featured in five of Doncaster's six Championship games during that period, starting in four of them.
He failed to score but did help Rovers to two wins and a draw, helping them to move off the bottom of the table.
Parkin will be considered for selection for Cardiff's Carling Cup match with Burnley on Tuesday night.
Before joining Doncaster, Parkin's only two appearances for the Bluebirds this season had come in the first and second rounds of the competition.
