Morton continued their free-scoring cup form with an emphatic win at Forfar in the second round of the Ramsdens Cup.

An astonishing three-goal burst in five second-half minutes gave Morton a soaring lead.

David O'Brien slotted after 56 minutes before Peter Weatherson's free-kick and Peter MacDonald applied the finish to Paul Di Giacomo's cross.

After 74 minutes MacDonald's spot-kick was parried, but netted on the rebound then Archie Campbell completed the win.
