Leyton Orient sign Michael Richardson from Newcastle

Leyton Orient have completed the signing of Newcastle United midfielder Michael Richardson on a one-month loan.

The 19-year-old is yet to appear for the Premier League outfit's first team but has impressed in the reserves.

The youngster was working as an electrictian while playing for local side Walker Central until last July when he was spotted by former Newcastle scout Brian Clark.

Richardson will wear the number 23 shirt at Brisbane Road.
