Thomas-Moore began his career as a trainee at Tranmere
Rotherham United have released striker Ian Thomas-Moore from his contract with the League Two club by mutual consent.
The 34-year-old joined the Millers from Tranmere for an undisclosed fee on an 18-month contract in January.
He linked up with father and former Tranmere boss Ronnie Moore for a second time, who has since been replaced as Millers manager by Andy Scott.
Thomas-Moore made 12 league appearances for Rotherham last season, scoring three goals.
He began his career at Tranmere and also had spells at Bradford, Nottingham Forest, West Ham, Stockport, Burnley, Leeds and Hartlepool.
