Three players commit to Forest Green Rovers
Forest Green Rovers have signed strikers Charlie Griffin and James Norwood on one-year deals.
Griffin, 31, and Norwood, 20, were released from Stevenage and Exeter respectively at the end of the season.
Defender Jared Hodgkiss, 24, has also penned a new one-year contract at The New Lawn.
"Charlie Griffin is going to aid the likes of Norwood and Reece Styche so they are both great signings," boss Dave Hockaday told BBC Gloucestershire.
Norwood spent two months on loan at Rovers during the 2010/11 season and scored two goals in 11 appearances.
Griffin, who counts Swindon, Woking, Salisbury and Wycombe amongst his former clubs, has previously enjoyed two spells with Rovers.
He spent the last two months of this season on loan at fellow Blue Square Bet Premier side Newport County.
Former West Brom stopper Hodgkiss joined Rovers in 2009 and has made 55 appearances.
"Charlie is experienced, scores great goals, works very hard and also has a big presence - he's a good talker," added Hockaday. "He's massively important for what we want.
"With James Norwood, the penny has dropped and we are the right club at the right time and if this young man can fulfil his potential then he's going to be an outstanding signing.
"Jared Hodgkiss is just Mr Consistency. He plays and trains at a very high standard day in day out. He was the leader last year."
