Simmonds back GB to stay "one step ahead" of swim rivals

Four-time Paralympic champion Ellie Simmonds says British Swimming's new National Performance Centre in Manchester will help the team win medals at the Rio Paralympics in 2016.

The Manchester Aquatics Centre has a long association with disability sport but recently underwent a major revamp and will now be a hub of elite facilities for the countries best Paralympic swimmers.

BBC Sport's Nick Hope caught up with Simmonds at the launch.
