Britain's Jonnie Peacock and South African Oscar Pistorius are the men to beat in tonight's T44 100 metres.
Peacock, 19, set a Paralympic record in the qualifying stage with a time of 11.43 seconds.
His mother, Linda Roberts, told 5 live Breakfast how he was getting ready for the night.
