Jacques Kallis: South African hits century in final Test

South Africa's Jacques Kallis became the third highest Test run scorer after hitting a century in his final Test.
When Kallis, 38, moved on to 115 on day four of the second Test against India, it took him to 13,289 Test runs, one ahead of retired batsman Rahul Dravid.
Three balls later, the all-rounder was caught by keeper MS Dhoni off the spin bowling of Ravindra Jadeja.
After bowling South Africa out for 500, India reached 68-2 at close in their second innings, still 98 runs adrift.

Kallis, who hit 13 boundaries in his 316-ball knock, was ably supported by Dale Steyn (44) and Robin Peterson, who fired a lively 61 off 52 balls.
Jadeja bowled 56 overs and earned a career-best 6-138 in India's flagging bowling attack.
Kallis announced his retirement from Test and first-class cricket on Christmas Day, but he remains available for one-day international matches.
He was given a guard of honour as he walked to the crease on Saturday and almost 24 hours later the all-rounder brought up his 45th Test ton off 273 balls with 13 fours.
Kallis, who went into his final Test with a batting average of 55.12, is South Africa's highest Test run scorer, and only India's Sachin Tendulkar and Australia's Ricky Ponting have scored more runs in Test history.
The all-rounder has also taken 292 Test wickets, while his tally of 200 catches is second in the all-time standings, 10 behind Dravid.
India lost both openers before the close as Shikhar Dhawan (19) chipped Peterson to Faf du Plessis at midwicket while Murali Vijay (6), who hit 97 in the first innings, was caught at slip by Graeme Smith off the bowling of Vernon Philander.
Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli will resume on day five unbeaten on 32 and 11 respectively.
