Old Victorians clinched a four-run win over Farmers-Caesareans in a nail-biting end to the first 50-over match of the Jersey Premier League season.
OVs totalled 210-8 after being put into bat as Jersey Cricket Board chairman Ward Jenner top-scored with 39.
In reply, the hosts were all out for 206 with four balls of the innings remaining.
Meanwhile, the island's only declaration match saw SCF claim a winning draw over St Ouen.
SCF had made 247-4 from 43 overs before declaring and then restricted the western parish to 217-5 in their allotted 42 overs.
