Heavy rain forced the second day of the County Championship clash between Warwickshire and Sussex to be abandoned without a ball being bowled.
Of the last 14 days of cricket at Edgbaston, eight have been washed out.
Rain halted play at tea on day one and the wet weather continued throughout the night, causing the umpires to abandon play on Thursday afternoon.
Warwickshire will resume on 175-3 with Jim Troughton on 42 not out and Darren Maddy unbeaten on five.
