Bad light frustrated Worcestershire and Somerset as they were left to play out a draw on the final day at New Road.
Somerset were all out for 298, having added just 21 runs to their overnight total, with Jack Shantry completing the second five-wicket haul of his career.
But the hosts soon found themselves in danger as they were reduced to 60-4.
Wicketkeeper Craig Kieswetter then removed his gloves to claim his first two wickets in county cricket as the hosts struggled to 129-7 at the close.
