New Zealand pair Kane Williamson and Hamish Marshall dug in as Gloucestershire drew with Derbyshire.

Williamson took his overnight ton to 128, while Marshall scored 90, as the pair put on 166 for the third wicket.

Ian Cockbain added 63 not out, before the visitiors' declaration 10 minutes before the start of the final hour on 409-4 signalled the end of the match.

Derbyshire used 10 bowlers with Tim Groenewald (2-44) and Jonathan Clare (2-39) both taking two wickets.
