Tim Brabants: What you need to be a sprint canoeist

Olympic champion Tim Brabants explains the technology and physique needed to be the world's best in the sport of sprint canoeing.

Brabants, 35, won gold in the K1 (one-person kayak) 1000m race at Beijing 2008 and bronze over 500m. He then took two years away from the sport to develop his career in medicine before returning to the water for London 2012.
