Team GB athletes hit form at the right time with Christine Ohuruogu, Goldie Sayers, Mo Farah and Perri Shakes-Drayton all securing good wins at the London Grand Prix in torrid conditions.
The wins are a much needed confidence boost ahead of the Olympic games, which begin on Friday 27 July.
