Former Scotland rugby international Thom Evans narrowly missed out on a medal at the Scottish National Senior Indoor Championships at the weekend.
Evans finished fourth in the 60m, which is his first major athletics event.
He told BBC Radio 5 live Drive how he was forced to give up rugby after suffering a serious neck injury two years ago against Wales.
