Manchester United will bid £25m to sign Germany international Toni Kroos from Bayern Munich. The 24-year-old midfielder's current contract with the European champions expires at the end of next season.

Fulham want West Ham's Ravel Morrison

Fulham will make a final move to sign midfielder Ravel Morrison from West Ham after their initial bid of £4m was rejected earlier this month. The Cottagers value the 20-year-old at £6m, although the Hammers want £10m.

Liverpool and Cardiff are trying to sign Blackpool winger Tom Ince. The Seasiders have given the 21-year-old, who is out of contract at the end of the season, permission to discuss a loan move to a Premier League side and he has already held talks with Stoke City, Swansea City and Crystal Palace.

Inter Milan and Valencia have made an approach to sign Southampton's 28-year-old striker Dani Osvaldo. The Saints want to recoup the £14.5m they paid Roma last summer for the Italian, who is currently suspended after fighting with team-mate Jose Fonte.
