Food
and drink at its best has been dispensed by the Robshaws at the
Cocked Hat since Marston's bought and refurbished the pub in the
early 1980s.
Nowhere
in Sheffield can Pedigree Bitter be better than here, along with
a range of Marston's and Bank's beers. The beer is not cheap, but
you get what you pay for!
Situated
just off Attercliffe Road, by the entrance to the Don Valley stadium,
it plays host to sportsmen, media writers and politicians in addition
to real ale lovers.
A welcome
stop off if you are walking the canal.

I work just round the corner and frequently nip in for a swift couple, on more than one occasion, stopped all evening, it's a great little pub.

I went in for a snack and a half. The portion of chips was in the smallest bowl ever made and I did'nt have to take my socks off to count em!
How much does a couple of spuds cost these days?
Steve
The only pub in Attercliffe to frequent. Small, but perfectly formed, food a wonder and lovely in the summer. Wonderful.

I thought that this review was very accurate but failed to mention the friendly and efficient barstaff that the landlord (Antony) currently employs.
