The destroyer
was part of the task force sent to war in the Falklands. 20 men
lost their lives as an Exocet missile hit the side of the ship.
It was an event
which shocked many, and today still evokes painful memories.
BBC Look North's
Tom Ingall was given exclusive access as the ship's current crew
prepared to commemorate the tragic events of 20 years ago.
Now you can
hear and watch his reports online.
