Last year Joanna Jepson won her fight to challenge the police's refusal to prosecute doctors involved in the late abortion of an unborn child with a cleft lip and palate.

The police are now preparing a report which will be presented to the High Court in the Autumn.

Rev Jepson, a Church of England curate from Chester, was born with a jaw defect.

"I find it sickening that we're judging somebody's worth by their economic value." Click here to listen to the Rev Joanna Jepson speaking to BBC Radio Sheffield's Dean Pepall.
