"We tried to represent a mix of the great talent that's out there - and the final line-up on the night was..." :: Rosie ElectroAn amazing voice backed-up by the guitar of Jack Skellington. Their music fuses piano-led songs with an electro edge, and they'll bring some style to proceedings. They may be young but they bring an amazing talent to the table. Their mash up beats, heavy bass, a stomping rhythm and the bite of Matt Bruce's vocals have already rocked the Plug, Bungalows and Bears and the Harley (to name but three!). They'll lift the roof off the Academy and spin it round. Just the drums of Mick D Lee and the guitar and vocals of Rob Che drive this post-punk country rock band forward, but in darn fine style. They sound tighter than tight and will light the touch paper to get the party jumping! The BBC is not responsible for the content of external websites Help playing audio/video :: Dead World LeadersTheir time is here. Since 2006 they've been bringing their sound to South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and further afield and have already garnered industry interest including playing In The City recently in Manchester. Their live show has packed out venues and their experience and dedication to their craft will bring power and punch to the bill. How they're still unsigned is down to their high standards and unwillingness to settle for an easy buck. Formed from the ashes of This Girl, Skeletons brought on board a new member and after working up their sound, hit the live circuit around a year ago. Still with less gigs under their belt than there are days in a month, they bring a stunning live show - you'd almost think someone had electrified the stage! They headlined the BBC Introducing stage at Leeds/Reading, and the NME has hailed them 'the new kings of Sheffield.'
