In 2002, tropical jellyfish were found in Doncaster Lake (part of the Hatfield Water Park).

The jellyfish were identified as Craspedacusta sowerbii - a species usually found in the upper reaches of the Amazon.

Theories abound about how the jellyfish found their way to Hatfield Water Park.

It would be pure reckless speculation to suggest that the Charlatans planted the creatures in the lake in an ill-judged attempt to promote their future album.

It is also unlikely that the Craspedacusta sowerbii have learnt to fly.
