Jo Kent

I grew up in Worthing, west Sussex but pursuing my dream career in broadcasting has kept me on the go.

After studying in London she joined BBC local radio in the Channel Islands and soon presented the breakfast show. It was then to BBC regional television in Norwich where she first presented on-screen.

She loves travel, spending time with friends, and keeps fit by playing hockey and doing yoga.
