The
Horsham District Battle of the Bands 2003 kicked off to a fantastic
start last night (Sunday 14th September) with the first of four
heats.
Fall
to Zero, Spaniards, Auberon Phoenix and the Dirt Box Fiddlers and
Te-Puki Thunder battled it out for a slot in the final which will
take place on Nov 1st as the climax to the Horsham Town Centre Festival.
The incredible energy and talent displayed by all four bands made
the judges' job very difficult, but at the end of a blistering first
heat Te-Puki Thunder were declared the winners, firmly booking their
place in the final.
