"I want to make sure that we are talking about the things that really matter to people in Sussex and Surrey, and do it in an entertaining way." said Danny.

"I know a lot of people are hard at work. So we really want to give them a listen that helps them through their day – the right music, the best guests and some good engaging stories."

"We'll be making sure that we capture all the celebrities as they pass through. We've got some great venues in the region attracting the big names and we'll be taking advantage of that."

But the real stars of the show will be the audience: "I can give my opinion, and play the music, but it's people's stories and experiences that make great radio and also provide the opportunity to celebrate all that's great about Sussex and Surrey.
