Crawley International Mela, perhaps the ultimate local multi-cultural festival, is back with a wide-ranging cast list of music and arts. Music includes the Brazilian carnival band Samba Latina, Southern Ghanaian drummers Kakatsitsi and an outdoor Bhangra concert by Singh is King, Ronak Bollywood Brass and Qawali. Crawley MelaWHERE: The Hawth, Crawley Glastonbury veterans Zambula, an African dance band, are on stage on Sunday night and the festival's Community Stage returns with a programme including Hindu dance, Irish dance and African fashions. The Mela always offers a range of free workshops for the whole family including Tiger Crane Shaolin Chi Gong as well as well-being workshops for adults.
