Andy Baron and Concrete Johnson are Rebel Control - tight melodic reggae with lyrics that raise your consciousness.

Andy and Concrete started working together in 2005 and soon found themselves surrounded by some of the finest British-based reggae musicians.

That role call includes including Richie Stevens, Jeff Scantlebury, Winston Rollins, Tim Cansfield and Milton Myrie who have between them worked with Maxi Priest, Aswad, Shaggy, Eddy Grant, Soul2Soul and many many more. 

Rebel Control fuse conscious and uplifting lyrics with tight melodic reggae rhythms.

Their live shows are amazing and full of energy.  You can’t help but dance and smile.


All South:Live Showcase artists have been selected by BBC Southern Counties Radio’s new music show South:Live- which, in partnership with the Arts Council of England, is committed to supporting emerging music of all styles.
