Y is for Youth Music

Young people and music seem to go hand in hand whether it’s music lessons at school, or our first CD collection. But Rhythmix go one step further in music education for young people as coordinator Lucy Stone explains.

"We all have rhythm and just because music  is everywhere sometimes it’s easy to think it’s accessible to all.

But it’s not. Musical instruments are expensive and often not all children have access to music making opportunities. That’s where Rhythmix comes is.”
