BBC SCR presenters
Catch Sylvie Blackmore every Sunday afternoon from 1 until 5, including all your gardening questions with Peter Mills for the first 2 hours.
Join Sylvie Blackmore every Sunday on BBC Southern Counties Radio from 1pm to 5pm for great music, interesting chat and sound gardening advice. She'll be joined in the first two hours by Gardening Expert Peter Mills - who'll dish out top tips for all your gardening queries.
Plus our roving gardening reporter Jean Griffin will be out and about across Surrey, Sussex and North-East Hampshire, checking out the best the Southern Counties offers in all things gardening.
Peter Mills - our own gardening guru
Sylvie plays host to a special studio guest every Sunday too. She'll chat to people from fields as diverse as antiques and record collecting to alternative medicine.
Sylvie comes to the Sunday afternoon show on the back of nearly 20 years of broadcasting across the Southern Counties. She's been heard on Radio Mercury, Radio Cracker, Radio Luxembourg and Classic Gold.
In her non-radio life, Sylvie's a busy lady - she's the proud mum of 12 year old Kieran. She's also a qualified trampoline coach, a former bank manager, a former NHS senior manager - and she's potty about country music!
Sylvie's also part of our up-to-the-minute travel news on the BBC Southern Counties Drive Shows with Mark Carter in Surrey and Richard Lindfield in Sussex during the week, which come live from Highways Agency Control at Godstone.
Hear Sylvie's show every Sunday from 1300-1700 across Surrey, Sussex and North-East Hampshire on 104-104.8FM, 95-95.3FM, on DAB Digital Radio and online at www.bbc.co.uk/southerncounties.
