 | | Could you give this pebble a home? |
Pebbles. Brighton has lots of them. But how many of them are works of art?
Er...
Well, the answer is 'At Least Ten'. And, by the end of Festival you could own one. We've teamed up with local pebble guru Ray Gibson, who loves pebbles. He decorates them with all kinds of faces - and that's what he's done for us! From the beginning of the Brighton Festival to the end, we'll be hiding one of Ray's pebbles at secret locations around Brighton and Hove.
So far we've hidden one at the railway station and one in Kensington Gardens; both have been found. Our next pebble will be hidden on the evening of Friday May 18th. So how do you find it? It works like this; on our Sussex Breakfast show and Brighton Festival Live we'll play a special audio soundscape of the place where it is hidden. But you'll need to look here on the website to see a special extra picture clue. Take a look at the latest picture clue. Just click the link below this line.

So get out there - and see whether you too can track one down. Good luck! Happy pebble hunting! You can see more of Ray's pebbles at his beach hut gallery - Beach Hut 118 - close to Hove Lawns - from midday until 7pm at weekends. |
