Portsmouth Harbour is one of the busiest and most historic in the world.
From here, some of Britain's greatest naval heroes have set sail. Nowadays you'll find ferries, pleasure craft and Royal Navy vessels heading out to sea.

Gunwharf Have a look at the 360 Degree Ship Cam view from Gunwharf here.

Our 360 degree camera was located at the BBC South office at Gunwharf Quays. The picture's not live, but does give a stunnign 360 degree view.

The site was originally established as a naval ordnance yard in the late 17th century.

In 1997 work began on the Gunwharf Quays leisure, retail and office development, set alongside the waterfront. In 2002 it was one of the areas of Portsmouth and Gosport which played host to the vessels of the Cutty Sark Tall Ships race.
