| What
was it like winning your Commonwealth Gold Medal? |
| The
best feeling in the world, in front of my home crwod and holding
the gold medal with everyone behind you - you just can't explain
it! |
| |
| Have
you dreamt of Olympic Gold? |
| Funny
you should say that, I did but I didn't see which spot I was
on. I don't think anyone else was on the podium - it might have
been on the top one, it might have been on the bottom one! |
|
| What
lessons have you learnt from Sydney 2000? |
| I
learnt what a big event it is, how overwelhming it is, in fron
t of the biggest crowd that you've ever been in front of . You're
always nervous for little competitions, so that is something
else! |
|
| How
dangerous a sport is it? |
| We
come quite close to the board - it's concrete so if you hit
the board, you'd probably die - a couple of people have died
of it, so it is a dangerous sport. My Mum gets really nervous,
I think my Dad is used to it by now. |
|
| What's
your message to your son? |
| I
love you and I'm going to bring a medal home for you. |
