Now if someone said you'd be working in a padded cell with toys you might start to worry a bit.

But that's what one of the world's biggest computer companies has done for its team of programmers in Winchester.

This group of highly paid web designers may look as if they're playing Lego, but in fact they're brainstorming.

It is part of IBM's new innovation centre at Hursley near Winchester - designed to help creative minds flow.

IBM believe this could be the face of the office of the future, where workers are encouraged to enjoy diversions away from their desks and to think great thoughts.

Working in a padded play room may look like a soft touch.

It's not all fun though. When the Lego's packed away these workers will go back to helping multi million pound companies improve their business.
