Well what can i say, other than the that was one of the best weekends of my life. to start i finally get to see The Burn who are superb. Then not long after that i get to see my Guitar hero John Squire!!! glad to see he still plays the old Roses classics. when i heard Fools Gold it gave me tingles down my spine. Then to top the night off i get to see the 'MODFATHER' Paul Weller in full swing. The second day was also superb but i felt the line up was not as strong as the first, but it was nevertheless brilliant as well. the best band for me on the second day was the Basement who are a really nice group of lads, it was just a shame that not many people knew them so they didnt get a big reception. But whoa what a huge surprise the John Butler Trio were. wow, the were amazing and i have to take my hat off to the man his slide guitar was amazing. All in all a great festival. and what a good idea to have some Bumper Cars there.

Wow, being a festival virgin, thought it was brilliant chilling out and listening to great music, Went along for the whole weekend, Bryan Adams being the main man for me, until that is I saw Paul Weller who was fantastic, not to mention Starsailor and Counting Crows as well, thought The Thrills were great to. Can't wait for next year!

My boyfriend and I travelled from Surrey especially for the weekend festival and were absolutely delighted to experience a superb mix of rock genre, which would have enthralled even the most critical cynics. It was encouraging to see that local talent had a chance to shine, and other bands rocked like there was no tomorrow, but I have to say that Bryan Adams was by far the highlight of the weekend!!! The whole audience was transfixed by his performance as he effortlessly encouraged us to make the most of the event. His energy and enthusiasm seemed endless. It was just a shame he wasn't on for longer! All the other acts got mixed responses but everyone seemed to be buzzing from his! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and would not think twice about attending next year.

Had an excellent time at the festival and although I am still knackered after sleep rough for the weekend, the tiredness has definitely been well worth it. Thought the whole event was very well organised and agree with the others who said that it had a lovely, friendly atmosphere about it. I had tickets for the whole weekend and would definitely go back again next year. Bryan Adams was outstanding as ever and really knows how to get the crowd going. I think he definitely went away with a few converted followers after his performance. I know my brother who accompanied us to the festival is definitely now a convert having seen him live after years of me trying to convince him otherwise. Thought the Counting Crows were also very good along with Starsailor and Paul Weller who all added to an excellent weekend all round. The Thrills also look like a band to watch out for, especially as they seem to be playing every other festival this summer! Looking forward to next year already!!!

WOW! This was my first ever Festival but certainly not my last. On the first day I knew when Iggy Pop came on it was going to be a "Real Wild One" I was " Back On My Feet Again" for the fabulous Starsailor and the arrival of Paul Weller really did "Something To Me" Day 2 just as brilliant, by the time Counting Crows came on my feet were calling for a "Big Yellow Taxi" but I was determined to stay to the end and with Bryan Adams and "Make It A Night To Remember" Well done! Can't wait for next year.

I live on the Island and thought the festival was excellant. This year if felt more like a festival. Bands were great especially The Thrills, Star Sailor, Paul Weller and of course being local Jimmy's Big Fish. I thought the line up on the Sunday could have been a bit better but most seemed to enjoy!! Can't wait until next year - hopefully this event will grow bigger and better each year, maybe we will be able to encourage bands such as Supergrass, Stereophonics etc ............ well we can but dream!! Well done to the event organisers - Thanks for a great weekend!!

I thought the festival was fab. Very well organized and a friendly crowd. Could of done with some shade though - I look like a lobster! The Cooper Temple Clause were excellent although I think they should of been on later in the evening. Paul Weller was class. And I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Bryan Adams - Im not a fan but his performance was really good!

Hi, I just got back from the Festival and I think Bryan Adams, Paul Weller, Counting Crows, and The Cooper Temple Clause were wicked. Could have done without the overblown posturing of Iggy Pop, who didn’t seem to know where he was or why he was there. But the rest was ace, and I actually saw people in the crowd who had obviously had Bryan Adams down as deeply uncool, change their minds through his set. I thought Lindsey was awful by the way, but at least she had the guts to get up there. Seeing some bands I would never otherwise have gone to see, and loving them, was a great experience. I hope the festival goes from strength to strength.

hi i came from exeter via reading.......only had a sunday ticket tho'.....after lazing on the beach till about 3, arrived to catch the raveonettes..they where mediocre...didnt set the stage alight....got clapped when introducing there last number.....not for the right reason......the darkness ...wow...havent heard rock like that from a british band for ages...refreshing change from nu metal ......and the frontman was excellent.......what can you say about hell is for heroes....im sure they are very good.....have seen them in exeter a few times......but they just didnt cut it.....as for counting crows....yet another amazing set...from an amazing band......every song fitted the sunlit day......my only fault is that they only got 75 minutes..... bryan adams.......plods along....spoilt by the backing music on heaven.......but at the end of the day.......whoever was up next would never have beaten counting crows.......

Only went to the festival on Saturday evening, but had a great time chilling to Startsailor and Paul Weller. Slept in the car and still have a crooked neck, but no pain- no gain. Just gutted that I had to come back home. Anyone who didn't go- your loss!!! Was worth all the trekking and sunburn. A magical performance from Weller, as usual and an orgasmic spellbound from Starsailor.
