| Well
I'm nearly there - I've nearly lost 2 stone - I'm so excited.
I'm getting into more clothes and my old ones are falling of
me. I do keep have the odd treat to keep me sane - I don't want
to become too puritanical about weight loss. But I am delighted
and people are noticing it too. If you're struggling at all
- hang in there - don't give up and stay positive - I am getting
slimmer - I am getting healthier and smile ....... |

| Well
done Georgina - I started to eat less and exercise more at the
same time you did and have so far lost 13lbs. HOWEVER in your
suggetions should you be saying 5 portions of fruit and veg
a DAY and not a WEEK, keep it up - when I see how well you are
doing - I can also see how well I must be doing...Angie |

Xenical
is a prescription only diet pill. It works on inhibting the
absorption of about a third of the fat that you digest.
For people over a certain weight it is prescribed under strict
conditions, set out by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence
(NICE)
You should consult you doctor for more advice. |

Well
done Georgina, saw your report last night and you're doing
really well!
I
know what you mean about getting bored, but I've managed to
lose a stone in five weeks, and I'm just sticking to WW diet
and some occassional walking.
Mind
you, paid the price for some cheese and booze at the weekend!
Looks like I might not have lost any this week!
Still
feeling better and enjoying the sense of acheivement though.

| Have
you heard of the "Small plate diet" you eat your normal food
but on a smaller plate; hence you have a smaller portion. It
is not fast but it is easy to judge and it because it is slow
you rbody readjusts, and the weight stays off! |

Well
the diet is well and truly under way - 5lbs have come off in
two weeks. My worry is now week 3. I normally do really well
for three weeks and then I get bored.
Trying hard to stay positive. I am getting slimmer, I am getting
fitter ....... |

| Well
done Georgina, keep the motivation up! What has really helped
me slim down after having 3 children is using motivational and
cognitive techniques: including looking hard at the reasons
why I eat, the negative thoughts which pop into my head and
trigger a cheese sandwich! I'm now a practitioner of motivational
counselling for weight management |
