| Sally Magnusson follows the ancient pilgrimage route from London to Canterbury, accompanied by the historian, Martin Palmer. Their journey takes them to the Tower of London, Greenwich, and Aylesford Priory and concludes at Canterbury Cathedral. Along the way, Sally discovers the lasting appeal of pilgrimages, and with the Lambeth Conference about to begin, Martin tells the stories of four former Archbishops of Canterbury; Alfege, Lanfranc, Thomas Becket and Simon Sudbury. The music includes the hymns For All the Saints, Be Thou my Vision and Who Would True Valour see.
