The awards scheme is now in its second year and has been made possible with the support of Avon and Somerset Police, Somerset Connexions, and Somerset College of Arts.

Its aim is to celebrate the positive contribution that young people make in the community, whether its care work, sporting talent or overcoming personal challenges in the face of adversity.
