Remembering
Remembering
all your old traits
Like another familiar dosage of what makes me tick
Another surge of blood that brings a smile
To these dry old lips
Laced with your own special seductive mixture
Morphine and violins
A cocktail I don't quite understand
But the memories make it fit
But the riddle in my shaking head
The worry that won't leave
Your molotov thrown from a mirror
Forces me to shatter what I believe
Survival mechanism you'd recognise
It's just the same in your eyes
Doctor
His
failures haunt him
His work never ending
And though he lives to help
He can't see his peace beginning
Everytime
things go wrong
And he can't make them right
You'll haunt him too
And ruin him every night
He
exists for the blade
And works through the blood
Then he accepts his torment
From the ghosts of his job
Every
desicion is worth life
But every loss brings death
Light sits on his shoulders
But dark infests his breath
Inside
his head, he sees failure
But to him it's no better than murder
Inside his heart he feels failure
But to him it seems like murder
