 		 Start up. Open new blank document.
 		 Give s. instructions on opening document. Demonstrate on white board.
 		 Follow instructions.

 		 Country Show poster - entering text.
 		 T. provide words and phrases to form basis of poster advertising a Country Show.
 		 S. to enter texts of words and phrases in draft form.
 		 Handout 1 with information on Country show.
 
1845
 		 Coffee break

 		 Use format and structure to make meaning clearer
 		 T. to demonstrate how to insert WordArt, change font size, font type, add bullet points etc.
 		 S. to follow instructions and apply it to their own document.
 		 Handout 1 with information on formatting text.

 		 Print out posters.
 		 T. to demonstrate how to print to colour printer.
 		 S. to print poster.

 		 Close down
 		 T. to demonstrate how to exit document, close Windows and shut down computer.
