COME & SING MOZART’S REQUIEM

The Requiem was Mozart's last great work; commissioned in mysterious circumstances and left unfinished by the dying composer, it continues to fascinate scholars and musicians alike. Come and sing the music of Mozart's final days with the BBC Singers and their Chief Conductor David Hill.

Works for chorus and orchestra by two of the most precocious musical geniuses: Mendelssohn's choral works and overture were written in his twenties, while Mozart's setting of the Mass for the Dead was, famously, the piece left unfinished at his untimely death.
