Upload your performance
You can send in your performance of the Hallelujah Chorus by using our uploader. Please follow the guidelines as detailed below to ensure that your performance can be added.
Your performance and a photo will be added to your pre-existing entry on the map.
Guidelines
You must have already registered your choir to take part in 'Sing Hallelujah' this autumn before uploading your audio.
Audio formats and specification
When uploading please make sure that the following criteria are met.
- audio is in mp3 format
- audio is set to a bit rate of 44.1 Kilo bites per second [44,100 Kb/s] (CDs are formatted at this rate)
- audio file size is not larger than 8 Mega bites
- filename must contain no punctuation or spaces.
Photographs
All images must follow the following criteria
- jpg or png format
- preferably in landscape orientation
- file size is no larger than 2 Mega bites
- filename must contain no punctuation or spaces.
Details
Please ensure that you give us as much detail about your performance as possible. Information to include:
- Name of choir.
- Performance venue.
- Which part of Handel's Messiah you are uploading (if NOT the Hallelujah Chorus).
- Please ensure that you use the same email address as that used for initial registration.
Video
We're sorry but you can't upload video to this website. If you have filmed your performance and put it on another website, please send us the link and we'll link through to it. If it is on a site that allows the video to be embedded elsewhere then we will try to embed your video on this site.
