Whether you're in a choir, or have never sung before, we want you to get involved this autumn.
Sing Hallelujah is a nationwide project encouraging people across the UK to find their voices and discover the joy of singing. We want to get thousands of people singing Handel's famous Hallelujah Chorus as part of a nationwide celebration of one of the most popular choral pieces in the world.
Hundreds of people went along to a Sing Hallelujah event on the 5 and 6 December. There were two big events in Glasgow and London - for more information about the events, you can check out the FAQs. Have a look at pictures from the event and listen to the performances on the I was there page.
If you are a confident singer or in a choir already, we'd like you to perform the Hallelujah Chorus in November or December 2009, whether informally or as part of a bigger concert. Send us details of your performance and we'll list it online so that audiences can find you. This is a great way of raising money for Children in Need this year.
'If you're a beginner singer, find local choirs that are singing the Hallelujah Chorus this December or try our online tutorials and learn to sing.
If you want to get involved locally, why not find a local choir who are singing the Hallelujah Chorus in November or December or see the list of BBC Events.
