Now
you've nibbled and had your starter it's time to move on to the
main dish

You
will need
|
|
150g
of spaghetti
|
|
Six
chestnut mushrooms, chopped
|
|
Half
a red pepper, chopped
|
|
Half
a yellow pepper, chopped
|
|
Half
a large onion, chopped
|
|
Tin
of chopped tomatoes
|
|
Mixed
herbs
|
|
Blue
food colouring
|
|

Put
a large pan of salted water on to boil.

Put
a dash of olive oil into a deep frying pan or wok and put
it on the hob to heat.

Put
the chopped onion into the hot frying pan to soften.

Add
the chopped peppers, and mushrooms and stir well. These should
take about 5 minutes or so to soften.

Add
the chopped tomatoes, and sprinkle with mixed herbs. Turn
down the heat and allow to simmer.

Put
three teaspoons of blue food colouring into the boiling water.

Add
the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to instructions.
When
the spaghetti is cooked drain and serve onto plates. Add the sauce
and shiver with enjoyment!
