Eerie Eyeballs
You will need....
A pack of small round cheeses
A few pimento olives
Red food colouring

Method:
  • Chop several olives in half.
  • Using a knife, cut out a small dip in the cheese for the olive to sit in.
  • Put one half olive (flat side up) in each cheese.
  • Using a cocktail stick dipped in the food colouring, draw bloodshot lines by zig-zagging from the centre out (see picture).

    There you have it, a selection of Eerie Eyeballs to put on the table as a pre-dinner nibble
    !

Starter
 
Burnt Bats and Ghouls
garnished with
Putrified Paté
You will need....
Several slices of bread (brown or white)
Mushroom paté
Knob of butter

Method:

  • Put the bread in either a toaster or under the grill untill nicely browned.
  • Using a sharp knife or a shaped cutter cut the toast into bat shapes.
  • Butter the toast.
  • Smear the toast in the mushroom paté.


And there you have it - Burnt Bats! You can also change the shape to whatever you fancy...we also did ghoulish ghosts.
