Phir Milenge which starred Salman Khan and Shilpa Shetty tackled the subject of Aids. The film won critical acclaim.

Actress Juhi Chawla who is presently riding high after the massive box office success of Des Hoyaa Pardes will be seen in My Brother... Nihkil.

She was also seen with Sanjay Suri playing his wife in Jhankar Beats. In this new film she plays his sister.

Victor Bannerjee and Lilette Dubey play the parents of Juhi and Sanjay. Actress Diya Mirza will also be making a brief appearance as Suri's love interest.

My Brother... Nikhil is being co-produced by Sanjay Suri who plays Nikhil Kapoor in the film. He has even shaved his head for his role.

The entire film is shot in Goa and so 20 percent will be in English whilst the rest is in Hindi.
