Simon's reached the Belfast area after another long day on the water. Yesterday he managed to clock up 90km - Count them!

Si's progress has been aided by knowledge of local tide flows from paddlers such as Robin (pictured).

BBC Radio Shropshire's Chris Ashley chats to Simon about his week.

Si is tired, so dad here. Simon was on the water very early today and paddled ninety Kilometers yesterday! Weather very hot and sunny we are in Northern Ireland and the Belfast area tonight.

Simon hopes to finish in Dublin on Friday afternoon and he will cross the Irish Sea on Saturday if the conditions are right. There will be celebrations in holyhead on Saturday the 7th. But check the website for updates.
