Simon's heading north and is leaving his support van to play catch up.

Exposed to the Atlantic and miles from the mainland, the Aran Islands provided a little help as he heads across Galway bay.

The kayaking was straightforward today with light winds. I managed to hop north using the Aran Isles.

At the end of the day a deserted puppy stumbled across us. She was shaking but very friendly. After taking her to all of the surrounding houses, we discovered that the only home she had would be the van. Looks like it could be a little cosy in the van.

Hope she likes living at the ASSC. (Hope landlord, Nigel, likes her living at the ASSC).
