Finishing for night after a long day on the sea.

The hot weather may be great for us, but it's very draining when your're kayaking around the country!

Simon passed through Great Yarmouth, but found fundraising difficult when there were so many other attractions on the promenade.

Still, his appearance on the BBC TV news programme, Look East should help to raise awareness of Simon and his campaign.

There was good news ahead though - when Simon reached Lowestoft where a friend of a friend offered him a bed for the night which made a very pleasant change from the back of the van!
